From there, we’ll explore common female hormone imbalances like painful periods, PMS, and irregular cycles, low testosterone in men and look at natural tools for restoring balance. You’ll also learn the principles of Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) for cycle tracking, and supportive practices like yoni steaming.
We’ll move through women’s key life stages and challenges, including navigating menopause, understanding conditions like endometriosis and PCOS, and preparing the body for conception and pregnancy. This module gives you both the science and the ancestral wisdom to feel more connected to your reproductive health, and empowers you to work with your cycle—rather than against it—for vitality, fertility, and long-term well-being.
The Relationship Triad module explores the three core relationships that shape our sense of fulfillment: self, other, and nature. We’ll begin with the relationship to self, looking at practices for self-awareness, self-trust, and inner harmony. From there, we move into relationships with others—how to cultivate deeper intimacy, healthier boundaries, and more meaningful connections. Finally, we turn to our relationship with nature, remembering that connection to the earth, cycles, and environment is just as essential as human connection for a sense of belonging and wholeness.
Together, these three relationships form a triad that must be nurtured in balance. This module invites you to reflect on where your relationships may feel strong or where they may need attention, and offers tools to bring them into alignment. The result is a more grounded, connected, and fulfilled way of living—rooted in harmony with yourself, others, and the natural world.
My own healing journey began from a lot of struggle — years of feeling sick, overwhelmed and disconnected, searching for answers in a system that profits from keeping us unwell and dependent on quick fixes. Doctors couldn’t understand what was going on with my mind and body.
Bit by bit, I discovered a different path: one rooted in nature, the body’s wisdom, nervous system regulation, detox and deep nourishment. The more I learned, the more I healed, until it became clear — this is my calling. I’ve trained, studied with many practitioners and am now IHP certified, but most importantly, I live what I teach.
The information inside this program changed mine and my clients’ lives and bringing it into a group space feels like the most natural next step. Community is often the missing piece — when we’re supported and held accountable, consistency and real transformation become possible.

On average, 2–4 hours per week between video lectures, live calls, and personal practice is my recommendation, but you can spend as little or as much as you want!
Men are welcome to join, yes. It’s fair to say it’s slightly more catered to women, but there is a lot to learn, and even learning about women’s health is very beneficial for men! There is also distinctions made between men and women’s reproductive health in Module 9.
